Payment Terms & Polices
All advertising invoices are due upon receipt, advertising rates are provided NET due the Publisher. Unpaid invoices more than 30 days past due are subject finance charges at the maximum rate allowable by Florida law.
Advertising invoices may be paid by cash, check or credit card. We limit client payments by credit card to a maximum of $3,000 monthly. You may download the MT Credit Card Billing Authorization Form here, once completed please email the form to advertising@miamitimesonline.com.
If paying by check, it should be made payable to The Miami Times and mailed to: 900 Northwest 54th Street Miami, FL 33127-1818
